Al Mashariq Company was incorporated in 1978 as a private Limited Company in Dammam with a paid-up capital of SR.500,000/-. 
 
The Company was established with an aim to provide support systems for the electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure of the Saudi Electricity Company (then DEPCO) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
 
Since the company’s inception during the past 30 years, it has witnessed extraordinary strides in its growth. Due to the dedicated efforts of its untiring work force, the company was able to transform, a small utility-oriented contracting unit into a truly multi-functional, multi-dimensional group. Through its advent into manufacturing, trading, civil construction, telecommunication and electro-mechanical contracting, Information Technology and other activities, Al Mashariq Company has carved a niche for itself as a company of repute. 
 
Al Mashariq has now evolved into a multi-dimensional company with the establishment of many subsidiaries and affiliates within the Kingdom. Al Mashariq Company is a registered contractor of Saudi Electric Company, Saudi telecom company, water department Royal Commission and Saudi Aramco and Royal Commission.

The company has completed nearly 100 major projects in the field of Electrical, Telecommunication and civil in the past for Saudi Electricity Company, Saudi Telecom, Royal Commission and other institutional clients. Scores of other projects in Power, Telecommunication and Water Distribution in the private sector were also completed successfully.
 
The Head Quarters of the company is in Dammam.
